Our Role in the ADEX Group
ADEX Technology Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADEX Holdings Ltd. Its role is to hold the group intellectual property and supply exchange infrastructure technology to ADE Bahamas and other ADEX group companies.
This structure allows the group to separate technology ownership and development from regulated venue operations, while enabling group companies to access a common infrastructure foundation.
